Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final with the exception of receiving the wrong item.  If you’ve received the incorrect order, kindly contact us at info@royalcrownshair.com and we will immediately investigate and exchange for the correct item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, either unworn or unused, with its original packaging.  Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
